omg, what an amazing stay!
stocked fridge custom tarts free happy hour great service
the executive floor was stocked daily! i found water, soft drinks, wine, beer, and even a chocolate bar every day of my stay. custom custard tarts were also left for us! my daughter had her own room and received the same items and service. executive rooms have free happy hour. it was such a treat after a long day.
the street view from the room wasn't that special. it didn't really matter because we were out all day, though!

the rooms are clean and well kept. i appreciated the shower, it was so refreshing after a long day exploring. my room had a very comfortable king-size bed, and i slept really well.

the hotel is near a beautiful church, visible from the rooftop pool. it is in a residential neighborhood, perfect for a quiet stay. the location was convenient, though there was a steep hill to get to the town.

the staff were professional and friendly, they provided excellent customer service. happy hour was a delight, offering great drinks, including a port wine flight for my daughter. i found the service at the rooftop bar really good too!

a splendid stay
efficient check-in perfect room excellent staff
my experience was amazing from start to finish. the check-in process was smooth and efficient. the room was impeccably very comfy and tidy. the staff stood out, always ready to assist with genuine smiles (beatriz at the bar was excellent).
The walk to the city center involves a rather steep hill. Taxis are readily available though.

my room featured a king-size bed and soft pillows. the design was smartly donewith a spacious feel. i appreciated the modern bathroom fixtures including a rainfall shower.

the staff were very good too ensure my needs were met. one team member provided great recommendations for local dining and activities. every interaction was warm and professional.

the rooftop pool and bar were definite highlights. the pool area included comfortable loungers. i enjoyed relaxing by the infinity pool with a drink in hand (the cocktails were expertly made).
